If you use the contact form, you send us your name, email address and your message. It comes to us by email so we can reply. Formspree delivers the form and keeps a copy of each message in its records. We use your details only to answer you and to quote or plan your project. We never sell them, and we never add you to a mailing list without asking.

We count visits so we know which pages are useful. The counts come from Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you. For each visit it records the page, the site you came from, your general location (country, region and city), and your type of device and browser. It tells one visitor from another with a code that is thrown away after 24 hours, so nothing links your visits over time. We only ever see the totals, and they’re kept for up to a year.

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on the contact page comes from Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads. When you start filling in the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser to make sure you’re a person and not a spam bot, without using cookies.

The site is hosted on Vercel by OBdesign, the Salt Spring and Victoria web studio that built it. Neither of us sells or shares your information.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email nicolconstruction@gmail.com.
